What we collect
To produce your report we store the submitted public website address, selected page metadata, short evidence observations, findings, chosen language and job timestamps. We do not store complete crawled pages or ask for customer records.
Who can see a report
A report has an unpredictable link. Anyone with that link can view it until it expires. It is excluded from search engines and our sitemap. Keep the link private if you do not want to share it.
Retention and deletion
Reports are available for seven days and removed by hourly cleanup after expiry. The browser that created a report receives a deletion token, enabling immediate deletion from the report screen. For help, use the linked Collar contact page. Anonymous daily statistics are retained for up to 90 days.
Services we use
Cloudflare hosts the application, queue, database and optional translation model. Google PageSpeed Insights may receive the public website address to measure performance. Website hosts receive audit requests. Explanations may be machine translated, but raw website text is not sent to the translation model.
Your browser and statistics
Your browser stores a language preference, statistics preference and report deletion tokens. These support the requested service. Optional engagement counts are collected only after you allow them. They contain event name, date, language and constrained campaign codes, not complete URLs, email addresses or report contents. You can change your preference in the footer.
Abuse prevention and marketing
We use a daily rotating hash of the request IP address for short-lived rate limits. We do not persist raw IP addresses in the application database. Cloudflare may process network information for service operation. No mailing list subscription is created by an audit. Collar links carry Pawformance attribution parameters and follow Collar's privacy policy when you visit.
